Branding is the process of defining and building a brand through the planned management of all the graphic, communication and positioning processes that are carried out.

Since it is a way to consolidate the brand, and achieve prestige and recognition, especially on digital communication platforms.

What is marketing?

Marketing is the science and art of exploring, creating and delivering value to meet the needs of a target market for profit. Marketing identifies unrealized needs and desires. Define, measure and quantify the size of the identified market.

It is a discipline dedicated to the analysis of the behavior of markets and consumers.

Marketers usually focus their activities on the set of the Four P’s: Product, Price, Place (distribution) and Promotion. Marketing appeals to different techniques and methodologies with the intention of conquering the market and achieving other objectives of a commercial company.

So, should I do branding or should I do marketing?

The marketing strategy puts our product on the map so that the consumer knows it. Branding works for the advertising strategy and helps make our brand more attractive and differentiates it from the competition and that the consumer identifies and chooses it.

While marketing manages variables such as the product, price, promotion and distribution, the branding deals with variables such as identity, construction of value and brand strategies, marketing is made up of a series of actions that support the sale, branding communicates values and attributes that define the identity of the brand.
